DELIVERY POLICY

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

1. Delivery area

Pasta Purists delivers within selected Auckland postcodes covering the Hibiscus Coast, the North Shore and central Auckland. Enter your postcode on our Check Delivery page to confirm whether we deliver to your address. Orders cannot be placed for addresses outside the delivery area. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

2. Delivery method

We deliver all orders ourselves. We do not use a third-party courier and tracking numbers are not issued.

3. Delivery day and cut-off

Deliveries are made on Fridays only. Orders must be placed by 12 noon on Wednesday for delivery that Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the following Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays; affected customers will be notified in advance.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery is charged at $12.99 per order. Delivery is free on orders of $85.00 or more, calculated after any subscription discount is applied. All prices include GST.

5. Receiving your order

You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. If you will not be home, please provide delivery instructions at checkout specifying a shaded and sheltered location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your address or to the location you have nominated. Products left at a nominated location should be refrigerated promptly.

6. Chilled products

All products are supplied fresh and chilled and must be refrigerated on receipt. A use-by date is printed on each pack. If your order arrives warm or the packaging is compromised, photograph the product and contact us at hello@pastapurists.co.nz within 24 hours.

7. Non-delivery

If your order does not arrive, tell us at hello@pastapurists.co.nz within 24 hours and we will endeavour to resolve. We do not make a second delivery attempt outside our scheduled Friday run.

8. Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Address changes must be received by 12 noon on Wednesday.
